"Young London, Permissive Paradise",- Frank Habicht
Above:The East End 1966
For me the sixties style was best captured through the lens of Frank Habicht..... With the exception of Brian Duffy /David Bailey. I’m still debating with myself who’s better?!?!?..... Frank was out on the streets from Chelsea to the East End. From Mick Jagger and the rolling stones to the gorgeous Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg.... His image of the girl at the rolling stones concert in 1969 has been plastered on my bedroom door since secondary school. I can’t tell you how many times I have looked at that image for inspiration. xxx

The work of Richard Bram-No models, No set ups. Just real life
I was trying to some up Richard’s work but I think he says it better... “I’m a Street Photographer. Most of my photographs originate there, in the random chaos of the street, in the ambient weirdness of everyday life.”
“I expose some film nearly every day, and always carry a camera: anything could occur. It keeps me alert and awake to the world around me, even while simply on my way somewhere on an unrelated errand. These images are my personal visual diary: they are not staged or created artificially. Reality is strange enough..”( Quote Richard Bram)

Influence
I have no idea why but I have really been inspired by lots of fashion/ general photography recently!!...More than usual. My all time favourites are the work from Henri Lartigue, Lee Miller, Tim Walker and Sarah Moon to name a few..... But there are so many great lesser known photographers out there , it’s really hard to pin point just one. XxX
Winter Sunshine
Today we took my five year old niece Paige, to play in the park, she made star shapes in the snow, played on the swings , giggled and smiled all the time there. She had such fun! We then went home and made rise crispy chocolate cakes....It’s funny how children can turn around someone’s bad day with just their smile .
